Extracted from finely toasted French oak using a unique extraction and drying process, PREMIUM® TOSTATO SG is a granulated ellagic tannin with a delicate effect, even in small amounts. It enhances stability and shelf life, and is recommended for use in the latter stages of winemaking. Additionally, a process known as "instantising" allows for easy solubility in water without compromising its valuable sensory characteristics and reactive properties (SG Patent).
