Smoked Malts

Cold-smoked malt from New York Craft Malt, smoked over wood cut on their own farm. Fruitwoods uses apple, cherry, plum and pear from the orchard. Hardwoods uses oak, hickory, beech and maple from the mature trees on the property.

Both are available in barley, wheat, rye or oats. Specify the wood and the grain when you order.
