Malted wheat, rye and oats. Wheat and oats build head retention and the silky mouthfeel a hazy IPA depends on. Rye brings a dry spice that a barley grist cannot.
Wheat is huskless, so add rice hulls above roughly 30% of the grist. Riverbend's malted oats keep their hulls and do not need them.
