Italian Pinot Grigio grape juice produces a lean, light bodied wine, light in color, with flavors that are sometimes spritzy and can be crisp and acidic. Fruit aromas are described as lemon, apple and pear. Oaked, Pinot Grigio can take on vanilla, sweet wood, almond and smoke.

It pairs best with light, fresh, citrus forward dishes such as seafood, crisp salads and mild cheese, and pairs well with pork and chicken too.
