Italian Frascati grape juice blends Malvasia and Trebbiano, mostly. The wine can offer white flower, citrus blossom and jasmine aromas, with green apple, pear, lemon and peach fruit. Light to medium body, refreshing high acidity.

Serve Frascati chilled. It accompanies seafood, poultry, soups and other light dishes well.

Ferment it out for a crisp, refreshing dry white, secco, or balance it into a softer medium sweet style. Your yeast choice and how you control the ferment decide which.
