Cancellation Policy
It kills us! We need at least three weeks notice to cancel a scheduled appointment otherwise there is a $250 cancellation fee. If we show up and the product isn't ready for game time then there is a $500 cancellation fee.
Delays/Downtime
We understand things happen and we do our best to accommodate. Mechanical breakdown is not considered downtime. Any delays on your end could incur a $200/hour fee.
