WHC Lab

WHC Lab is an Irish yeast producer supplying dry brewing strains to craft breweries across Europe and North America.

Every strain ships as a 500 g vacuum-sealed brick with a published technical data sheet, and all of them pitch dry with no rehydration step. The range runs from hazy IPA and West Coast ale strains through German lager, hefeweizen, kveik and a strain built for non-alcoholic beer.
