California Pinot Noir grape juice produces a fruit forward wine with low tannin, medium to light body and prominent notes of sweet red and black berries, cherries and plums.

Pinot Noir is celebrated for its elegance, bright acidity and complex aromas. It is naturally lower in tannin, with a softer, smoother mouthfeel than heavier red grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon.
