Italian Vermentino grape juice yields crisp wine with good acidity, and aromas of citrus and mineral. The wines are relatively low in alcohol, with a pale straw color.
Fruit notes have been described as pungent lime, lemon zest, pink grapefruit, green apple and white peach, and herbal notes can be of sage and bay leaf.
