Mobile Bottling Pricing
We keep our pricing simple and transparent. Every mobile bottling job includes setup and has a minimum service charge of $2,000.
What's Included:
Full Bottling (per case):
• Standard Bottles: $3.05/case
• Specialty Bottles: $4.00/case
Includes cartridge filtration, bottle sparging, filling, closures, capsules, and labels.
Labeling Only:
• $2.25/case
Travel Charges:
• First 100 miles from Ashland, VA: Free
• Beyond 50-mile radius: $1.00/mile (each way)
• Overnight lodging (if required): $275/night
On-Site Bottling at Our Licensed Winery:
• Add $2.20/case for bottling or labeling performed at our Ashland facility with WBS labor
Additional Charges
Bottle or Wine Changes
• Full bottle change (line reconfiguration): $150/change
Each full bottle change reduces daily output by ~100 cases
• Wine or bottle height change: $75/change
Each wine change reduces daily output by ~75 cases
Final Filter Replacements (when winery-provided wine causes clogging)
• 0.45 micron final filter: $400 each
• 0.50 micron pre-filter: $250 each
Winery-Caused Downtime:
• $400/hour
Note: Mechanical breakdowns of our equipment are not charged as downtime.
Late Cancellations:
• $500 per scheduled bottling day if cancelled less than 30 days prior to appointment
• $2,000 daily minimum per scheduled bottling day if cancelled less than 5 days prior to appointmentReady to Bottle?
