Viniferm CARACTER is a specially selected yeast designed to enhance fruity notes during wine production, especially in red wines.

- Produces a well-rounded and elegant mouthfeel in varietal red wines, such as Tempranillo, Grenache, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
- Intensifies varietal and black fruit (blackberry and plum) notes, adding a hint of balsam
- Increases tannic balance, enhancing the sensation of volume in the mouthfeel
- Low alcohol production

- Accentuates fruity aromas (redcurrant, plum, raspberry and blackberry) and creates a structured mouthfeel
