Proveget CRISTAL
Proveget CRISTAL is a vegetable-protein fining agent derived from peas. It is designed for use during must fermentation. It removes potentially oxidizable elements and substantially enhances the finished wine's limpidity.

- Significantly decreases absorbance at 420 nm and 440 nm, enhances color and removes oxidation notes
